We had two very large trees that needed trimming; they did exactly what we asked, were courteous when needing to access neighbouring properties, chopped up the branches for us to keep for firewood, and cleaned up after they were finished. Gage and his worker of Quality Trees felled an enormous Liquid Amber tree overhanging our house with skilled precision and without a single branch hitting the roof.  Cut up the main bulk for firewood and blew out the gutters of those prickly seed pods. Gage and Gary have just removed a very large tree bordering my property. Their skill and workmanship are top notch, everything went according to plan and no damage was done. The rubbish is gone, and all remaining wood is cut up for firewood. They cleaned up the area and left it as tidy as possible, and the job was done a lot quicker than expected. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with tree removal.

On pre-work inspection Gage was clear about timing and cost. Quoted promptly and showed up as promised. He and Gary got through the work very quickly and Gage offered to bill only for the hours used rather than the full day I had booked. Integrity is a word that comes to my mind when i think of the service provided by Gage & his dad who cut down four trees on my property this morning. They went above & beyond to leave property tidy. Very careful not to damage anything as they were cutting each tree down. Safety was clearly a priority as tey worked. Gage asked if id like him to cut trees up into fireplace size blocks and left in tidy piles. I would highly recommend Quality Trees Rotorua to anyone wanting an arborist! Very professional!!!
